Membership is currently at "no charge".
If problems arise for members, we will switch to some token payment system.

Reported problems with large, public forums we plan
to avoid:

- banner ads
- pop-up ads
- general abuse
- off topic posts
- and many more

A token annual fee will be charged to offset costs, but primarily to avoid multiple aliases and to ascertain that you are talking with real, serious, fellow income investors by charging a credit card.

The annual fee for initial seed members is US$5.00.  Thereafter, the rate will be set by market forces.
